Forms
This is a guide for adding forms in your website.
The following is a brief guide for setting up a form in the Net Easy, Inc Content Management System. There are many features for the form product, and if you have any questions, feel free to contact us via phone 877.740.3279 or via email support [at] neteasyinc dotcom
Setting up a Form
1. In the Home folder, click on Add New and then select Form Folder.
2. Fill out the basic information and click on Save when you are finished.
3. Make sure you fill out the information for where the form needs to be emailed.

Adding a String Field
A string field is where you want people to enter information such as their name, address, etc.
1. In the Form Folder, go to Add Item and then String Field.
2. Fill out the requirements for the field (ie. maximum number of characters, etc).
3. Click Save when you have finished setting up the string field like you want it-- you can come back and edit the field later if necessary.
Setting up a multi select field
1. Click on Add New, then the Multi Select Field item.
2. Fill out the Multi Select Field with the information you want to capture, such as picking out the state a person lives in.
3. When you have completed the form, click save.
Setting up a Boolean Field
A boolean field is useful when you want to require people to mark something, and whether you want it validated.
1. Click on Add Item and select Boolean Field.
2. After entering the information, click save.
Edit the form layout
1. In order to edit the form, change the order of fields, etc, click on the Contents tab.
2. Click save when you are finished.
