This details on how domain admins manage the domain mail accounts.

IMail - Mail Admins

Login

  1. Log into IMail at https://postfix.neteasyinc.com.
  2. If a certificate warning pops up, click OK.
  3. If a warning about Domain Name Mismatch pops up, click OK.
  4. Note: Your user name is your FULL email address.

Changing Mail Admins Password

  1. Click on the "Password" link.
  2. Type in your current password in the "Current Password" field.
  3. Next, type your new password in the "New Password" and the "New Password (again)" fields.
  4. Click the "Change Password" button.

Creating Mailboxes

  1. Click on the "Add Mailbox" link.
  2. Fill out the form with the appropriate information.
  3. Note: The user name should only be the beginning part of the email,
    and then you select which domain you want to apply it to. Also, on
    this form you can set the password, the full name, the size of the
    mailbox, and whether or not to make it active.
  4. Click the "Add Mailbox" button.

Creating Aliases

  1. Click on the "Add Alias" link.
  2. Specify the Alias you want, and then select the domain you want it for.
  3. Next, type the full email address that will be receiving the emails.
  4. Click the "Add Alias" button.

Reseting Passwords

  1. Click on the "Overview" link.
  2. Click on your domain link.
  3. From the list click the link labeled "edit" next to the email account you wish to reset.
  4. Fill in the "New Password" and "New Password (again)" fields and click "Edit Mailbox".
